Is the Aakash Dream Over?

Aakash project is in a way repeat of Project CLASS more than two decades back where a British company was involved.Such fancy programs will keep surfacing whenever new political leadership takes charge of any tech departments like IT,Space,Telecom and even Defense. What we need to figure out is how much"sarkari" involvement we wish to have in IP generation food chain? Let business and commercial aspect be left to private parties and the Government should focus on how the structural aspects can aid growth.
