According to Nokia Siemens Networks’ annual acquisition and retention study (2011), in India 83% agree/strongly agree that “My mobile phone operator must offer an excellent network quality, even if it costs me a bit more”. This is the good news: if operators play this right customer are keen to spend money for an excellent experience.
