Aircel Meets the Mobile Data Challenge

To meet the data challenge the first and foremost issue is to take a call on minimum guaranteed QoS and that too on a per subscriber basis. Once that is true in the spirit of planning and provisioning services the rest will fall in place. No service provider talks of guaranteed QoS which is the basis of selection of wireless technology and there off selection of layer 0 to layer 3 choice and implementation of technology. It would be prudent to talk to service providers on the issue and hear their planning and implementation policies to deliver such services which guarantee a minimum QoS to each subscriber.
