Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, through its 100% subsidiary company Kavveri Technologies Americas Inc., acquired WPCS Wireless Communication division with operations in Lakewood, New Jersey and Hartford Connecticut. The company acquired these two operations through its 100% subsidiaries Quality Communication Systems Inc. & New England Communication Systems Corp.
Kavveris strategy is to build its core wireless technology groups and establish itself as a global end to end wireless infrastructure solutions Company. The acquisition of the wireless division of WPCS International Incorporated significantly enhances Kavveris expansion and positioning in US market for projected growth in both the cellular and public safety market segments. The acquisition will provide Kavveri with a comprehensive range of wireless systems solutions including In-Building for Public Safety and Cellular Applications, Network Solutions, Mobile Data, Asset Tracking, Radio Systems, Video solutions, Wireless Infrastructure and Integrated Business Systems.
