The part about employee salaries is very true. There was a huge concern among the employees about whether they'll ever get paid. People raised the issue about having to pay their loans and credit card bills. The CEO made a stupid comment in a meeting that he doesnt have a credit card because the credit card company did not want to give him one. And he said the reason was because he wasnt working under someone and having his own company or something. Do you think all CEOs in the world dont have credit cards? Do you think HP's CEO doesnt have a credit card? Its simply because the banking institution does not trust him to be able to pay back. Many employees got laid off for inexplicable reasons, and others left because they were tired of working for free without any vision. I have a relative who still works there for a menial salary, and that never gets paid on time. I have to keep sending in money so that the rent and bills are paid on time. They're having serious trouble with funding. Lately, they have even resorted to selling off their equipment like expensive hardware. That pretty much sums up that the company is doomed, and that the CEO is immature.

Hi Everyone Only those who try to rise in life will experience hurdles. Happen to be 1 of the Ex-Employee of NI.No doubt, the company is going through a rough patch, where things are being delayed for too long, but there is no doubt that the company has always been able to carve a niche for itself be it the Pixel Qi screen, swivel camera or the cylindrical curvature. They innovated, created & designed their product with originality & for sure the next product will make indelible mark in the international tech market. As soon as the company ushers in the new product most of the Ex-employees would love to join it back,as the past experience has been one of the best ones. I really wish all the success to Rohan & NotionInk. Hope to be the 1st purchaser of Adam-2. Regards Aditi Ohri.

This is with reference to the negative comments about Notion Ink adam1 and also Notion Ink (NI) company and its founders and the management team. More so about the salaries. It is not true that salaries are not being paid to the employees, which is not true Also, there is a comment from Mr.Guru Murthy, who claims to be a former employee of NI. Unfortunate that such comments come from a former employee. Any company will have ups and downs. More so, a very rare INDIAN start-up product company like NI especially when it is competing in the International market. Everyone is aware that an MNC like HP ( with a market cap. of $ 40 billion ), is retrenching 27,000 employees worldwide today. So, the question of NI going thro' a rough patch is not a big deal. Though, it is true that NI has not defaulted on its salaries payment so far. I wish that people like Mr.Guru Murthy and Mr.Unanimous ( I presume he wants it to to Mr.Anonymous ) are more prudent before they make such caustic remarks. Of course, this is democracy and all of us have the right to express and air our views. It is only a request from my side to such people to be more cautious before they make such harsh remarks. Let's hope that NI will succeed. Only when we have our INDIAN products in the international market, we will have Dollar - Rupee parity. All are now complaining that INR is falling badly vis-a-vis the dollar. The Dollar-Rupee parity will happen only when have our own Indian innovative products in international market. Kaipa

Hi everyone,   Thats true..! Notion ink is indeed fooling people. They r not able to pay salary to any employee. hence firing people without valid reasons..! Instead of telling the employees that the company cannot afford them. Management is unnecessarily exploiting employee's by giving performance reasons :( .    Its very Sad that the management is unable to cope with the rough phase and is putting pressure on the helpless employees and keeping them in dark.  Its high time management humbly accepts this phase and allows the employees to walk away . I am an ex employee of this company and i know how badly the employees are fired  when the actual reason is that company cannot afford them.    Regards unanymous

Hi, Notion Ink is almost dead. They are not paying salaries to their employess nor working on any Adam 2 device. They could have won the Indian market if they were quick enough in launching the device. Point to be noted here is about the management team, they are pathatic.  More over they don't have funds to pay salary to their employees. Notion Ink is Dead. Regards, J D Guru Murthy
