Uninor's Alarming Valuation

This looks more intriguing no doubt! The way they are quietly penetrating the hinterlands of India and building base with low yielding customers.Capital Market valuations is better played by IBankers,Chartered Accountants and Legal specialists and therefore away from the real economy. But we might be in for seeing a well crafted disruptive strategy ahead. If NTP 2011 accepts M&A guidelines of not more than 6 co per area and 30% AGR/Subs is implemented the war pitch will shift elsewhere for Global Players.Vishnu Goel T&M +919810101238
