7:20 AM -- A Raja, India's former telecom minister, who quit in November 2010 over growing criticism of the way 2G spectrum was awarded to the country's mobile operators, has been arrested, reports the BBC. (See , , and .)

Raja is still protesting his innocence, but there are many in India who won't be satisfied until he, or someone else, is held accountable for the way in which the award of 2G airwaves was handled.
